Check out the trail!

Elmer’s Ōtautahi Elephant Trail is an art trail in support of the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust, brought to you by our leading partner ZERO Height Safety.

This summer, you can find 30 large elephants, individually designed by professional and emerging artists, displayed through the streets, parks and public spaces of Christchurch and the surrounding towns. How many can you find?

Get involved

Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity for businesses, the creative sector and communities to come together to create something special. There are still opportunities to be involved as a sponsor. Contact Robyn at robyn.medlicott@lfbit.co.nz for any enquiries.

Elmer Auction

After the trail finishes the Elmers will be auctioned to raise vital funds for Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust. If you have sponsored a uniquely designed and decorated Elmer sculpture this will be your chance to adopt your Elmer. Then it can go to its forever home where it can be enjoyed for many years to come!

Your donations create real change

The trail ultimately helps the Laura Fergusson Foundation to raise money for the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust.

At any one time, Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust is assessing, supporting and rehabilitating over 1000 Cantabrians with brain, spinal or other complex injuries. All money raised from this art trail will be used to build a new campus for the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust.

The Laura Fergusson Foundation is registered with Charities Services. Our charity number is: CC55765
