Our ākonga engaged with the Elmer stories through books, video and a multi sensory approach, and explored our individual uniqueness. Our elephant is inclusive of all our students’ ideas with a patchwork pattern of individual artwork over the body of the elephant and tactile sensory elements so he is accessible for all learners to interact with.
