Over the past year West Eyreton School has been undergoing a transition as we form stronger partnerships with our tangata whenua. Recently we were gifted our new kura name Wai-a-raki West Eyreton School and our tamariki are very excited about the development of our new kura emblem which represents our kura pepeha. Through classroom discussions our tamariki felt the emblem should be represented on Elmer alongside our five school values.
